You agree to provide accurate business contact details when requesting information about SignalFoundry deployment engagements. Misrepresenting affiliation, industry, or technical environment undermines scoping accuracy and may result in termination of discussions.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to SignalFoundry systems, partner systems referenced in proposals, or client environments discussed under confidentiality. SignalFoundry operates from the Republic of Korea. Where Korean statutes such as the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) impose duties beyond this document, those statutes control.

By submitting forms on platform-hub.one, downloading materials we provide, or engaging SignalFoundry under a written statement of work, you accept this User Agreement as legally binding between your organization and SignalFoundry.

If you disagree with any clause, discontinue use of the website and do not request commercial proposals.

Either party may terminate an active consultancy engagement according to the termination article in the governing statement of work. For website usage alone, SignalFoundry may suspend access if automated abuse, scraping, or malicious traffic is detected.

Termination does not erase confidentiality obligations that arose before the termination date.

The website presents informational descriptions of services. It does not constitute a binding offer until countersigned commercial terms exist. SignalFoundry limits liability for website inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, excluding liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory statute.

Nothing in this agreement limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is void.

SignalFoundry delivers unified communications deployment consulting, including planning workshops, integration assurance, adoption programs, and post-launch tuning. Deliverables vary by engagement and are defined only in executed statements of work.

Prices shown on this website are indicative planning figures in KRW and may change based on validated scope.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, methodologies, templates, and anonymized benchmarks developed by SignalFoundry remain SignalFoundry intellectual property. Client-specific configurations, data, and trademarks remain client property.

You may not redistribute SignalFoundry templates to third parties without written consent.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory venue rules applicable to consumers.

SignalFoundry prefers structured negotiation before litigation and will participate in good-faith escalation meetings when requested in writing.

Notices related to this agreement may be delivered to the email addresses you supply. You are responsible for monitoring inboxes used for procurement or technical coordination.

You may not assign rights under this agreement without SignalFoundry written consent. SignalFoundry may assign its rights to an affiliate as part of a corporate reorganization with thirty days notice on this website.

For website usage, this document constitutes the entire agreement regarding subject matter herein. Conflicting oral statements do not apply unless confirmed in writing by an authorized SignalFoundry representative.

Custom statements of work may define cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits. Where a statement of work conflicts with this policy, the statement of work controls for that engagement.

This Cancellation Policy applies to advisory deployment engagements sold directly by SignalFoundry to business customers. It does not govern third-party marketplace purchases.

To cancel an engagement before work begins, send a written request to welcome@platform-hub.one referencing the proposal identifier. SignalFoundry confirms receipt within three business days.

Clients may be eligible for partial refunds when deliverables have not yet been produced and no on-site travel has been incurred. Completed milestones are billed according to the executed agreement.

Billing disputes and cancellation requests are coordinated through welcome@platform-hub.one with finance copied when available.

Where Korean consumer regulations grant a fourteen-day cooling-off period applicable to your transaction, SignalFoundry honors that period when confirmed in writing. Enterprise procurements may waive cooling-off periods when law permits and contracts say so explicitly.

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment rail where possible. Bank transfers may require additional clearing days.

Third-party pass-through costs (travel already ticketed, license purchases made on your behalf) are generally non-refundable once incurred.

Refunds are issued to the entity named on the invoice unless tax documentation requires a different payee.

SignalFoundry encourages clients to contact us before initiating payment disputes so we can reconcile invoices quickly.
