FAQ

Flip each card to read the answer. One limitation: we do not provide legal opinions—your counsel validates regulatory statements.

How do you keep vendor-neutral advice when partners sponsor events?

Sponsorship does not change scoring templates. Any partner briefing is documented, and procurement decisions stay with your governance forum.

What is deliberately outside a standard engagement?

We do not operate your network overnight shifts unless contracted, and we do not negotiate carrier tariffs on your behalf without a separate mandate.

How are Korean regulatory references handled?

We cite applicable statutes at a high level and insist your counsel validates interpretations before filings or customer notices.

Can you embed inside our IT department?

Embedded work is available under retainer with clear desk policies and access boundaries; it is not the default for blueprint-only engagements.

What tooling must we grant access to?

Read-only access to collaboration admin consoles, observability stores you already license, and ticketing systems you designate.

Do you resell licenses?

No. We align requirements with your procurement team and remain agnostic to reseller arrangements.

How are workshop materials stored?

Materials land in your repository of record; SignalFoundry does not keep client-specific configuration secrets after closure unless contracted.

What languages are supported for runbooks?

English and Korean are standard for Seoul-led programs; other languages require scoped translation support.

How quickly can you start after signature?

Most programs begin within three to four weeks once security access and sponsor calendars align.
